Think tank, consulting agency and public diplomacy club established to research and discuss current political, security, economic and social processes in Eastern Europe, to provide strategic consulting on the base of private exclusive forecasts and to promote interests of our clients in the region.
The first think tank that provides professional researches on the Polish-Ukrainian relations. In the exclusive program “Ukrainian Polish Council” member of our team and invited experts present analyses on the relevant topic of bilateral relations.
We are deeply involved in development of communication and cooperation between Polish and Ukrainian political establishment, parliamentary circles and expert community.
Our functions
We make the following analyses:
• principles and peculiarities of state functioning, the real influence of financial groups, civil society and other social categories upon political decision-making centers
• economic development and business climate, dynamics of trade relations, energetical and industrial complex
• active and frozen conflicts, possible model of a new security architecture
• impact of the USA, the EU and the People’s Republic of China on the development of the situation in the region
• prospects of local geopolitical projects (the Baltic-Black Sea Union, the Associated Trio, etc.)
We provide the following services:
• consulting in the field of international politics, political planning and strategic communications, analytical, informational and media support of events
• assistance with investments and business in the countries of the region, preparing information about political, economic, military, social risks
• development of cross-border cooperation and building a network of contacts at the levels of the political establishment, business circles, and local administrations.
We realize the following social projects:
• implementation of educational and cultural projects within the framework of public diplomacy
• development and implementation of educational programs, campuses and trainings for the purpose of training a new generation of the political and economic elite of the countries of Eastern Europe and Central Asia
• provision of humanitarian support to victims of military aggression, vulnerable social groups.
We use the following forms of work:
• preparation of expert materials in the format of open publications and closed analytical researches
• holding conferences, round tables, lectures and meetings with leaders of public opinion, representatives of political, diplomatic and business circles of the countries of Eastern Europe and Central Asia
• organization of meetings of the private diplomatic club – an informal platform for discussing current events at the highest level.
Director of the Eastern European Council
In 2015, made a research paper at the National Pedagogical University named after M.P. Drahomanov “Political language as an instrument of socio-political reality”.
In 2015, together with the academic staff of the Institute of International Relations of Kyiv National University named after T.G. Shevchenko founded the “International Center for Progressive Studies” project – an analytical center that developed recommendations in the field of international policy.
In 2017, founded the “Public Diplomacy Foundation” – a consulting agency that provides services in the following areas:
– political consulting (organization of election campaigns in Ukraine and abroad, media support);
– strategic consulting (research of international political and security risks in Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia and mechanisms for responding to them, consultations for state authorities in the development of relations with the countries of the region);
– financial management (legal assistance with the management of foreign assets in Ukraine, assistance in bringing Ukrainian products to international markets);
– promotion of Ukrainian interests abroad using public diplomacy technologies.
In 2018, by decree of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, was approved as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Ukrainian Institute – a state institution involved in producing of the cultural and social dimension of Ukrainian foreign policy.
