Anton Naichuk

Political consultant, analyst, Ph.D.

In 2015, made a research paper at the National Pedagogical University named after M.P. Drahomanov “Political language as an instrument of socio-political reality”.
In 2015, together with the academic staff of the Institute of International Relations of Kyiv National University named after T.G. Shevchenko founded the “International Center for Progressive Studies” project – an analytical center that developed recommendations in the field of international policy.
In 2017, founded the “Public Diplomacy Foundation” – a consulting agency that provides services in the following areas:
– political consulting (organization of election campaigns in Ukraine and abroad, media support);
– strategic consulting (research of international political and security risks in Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia and mechanisms for responding to them, consultations for state authorities in the development of relations with the countries of the region);
– financial management (legal assistance with the management of foreign assets in Ukraine, assistance in bringing Ukrainian products to international markets);
– promotion of Ukrainian interests abroad using public diplomacy technologies.
In 2018, by decree of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, was approved as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Ukrainian Institute – a state institution involved in producing of the cultural and social dimension of Ukrainian foreign policy.

Ernest Vardanean

Born in Yerevan, Armenia, lives in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova. Political scientist, blogger, freelancer. Former assistant at the Moldovan Presidential administration and former advisor in the Moldovan Parliament.

Main areas of interest: post-Soviet space, ‘frozen’ conflicts, Black sea region, Eastern partnership. 21 years of overall professional experience.

In charge of Moldavian and Caucasus projects in East European Council.

Expert in the field of international relations.

Mykhailo Mozol

Political scientist, teacher of NU “Ostroh Academy”, expert of the Center for Political Studies of NU “Ostroh Academy”, co-founder of NGO “Polis”.

Graduated from the master’s degree at the Ostroh Academy, majoring in “Political Science” (2010), as well as a doctoral degree at the University of Warsaw, majoring in “Political Science” (2016). Scholar of the Erasmus Webb program (2013-2016).

Field of scientific interests: political regimes, informal politics, world geopolitical processes and Ukraine’s place in them.

Expert in the field of internal political, economic, social, regional situation in Poland and Ukraine.

Vitaly Shtybin

From 2008 to 2014, practicing lawyer, specialist in international law (advocacy, experience in handling complaints to the European Court of Human Rights, human rights activities).

Since 2017, historian, sociocultural anthropologist, Caucasian specialist, Master of History at Kuban State University and applicant for the Institute of Ethnology and Anthropology of the Russian Academy of Sciences (until 2024). Assistant to doctoral student at the University of Cambridge (UK) Azamat Kumykov in the international research project “History of Circassia and Europe in the 19th century” (from 2022).

Specialist in genealogical searches in the archives of the South Caucasus.

Since 2022 he has lived in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Author and lecturer of the courses “Course on the North Caucasus: History and Culture”, “Colonial History of Russia”, “History of Ukraine” (GetCourse). Author of documentary videos on the topic of sociocultural anthropology.
