The head of East European Council Anton Naichuk has taken part at the event «20th month after the Russian invasion in Ukraine: What has been done, what needs to be done in the near future, what can be learned from the past”.

Romanian Center for Russian Studies and the National University of Bucharest made an international event where famous experts discussed important issues of war, its influence upon situation in Eastern Europe and importance of building a new Black Sea strategy for regional countries.

Anton Naichuk presented vision of the East European Council on the common situation and took part in two discussion panels.
