East European Council organized event “Perspective for investments of polish business in Ukraine”
On 31th of July in cooperation with Business Centre Club, East European Council organized event “Perspective for investments of polish business in Ukraine”.
The event was a second very important step in creating a permanent Polish-Ukrainian communication platform that will ensure effective interaction between business representatives, local administrations and representatives of specialized committees of the parliaments and governments of both countries.
The goal was to provide direct coordination between entrepreneurs and communities, which is made to simplify bureaucratic obstacles and create mutually beneficial conditions for the implementation of joint trade and investment projects today.

During the event, members of the Ukrainian delegation, including representatives of business circles and local self-government bodies, presented an investment map of their own regions.
Participants from Poland have received detailed information about potential areas of safe and profitable investment in Ukraine, and had the opportunity to directly discuss with a member of the Verkhovna Rada their own expectations, fears, needs and recommendations regarding the legal and political provision of a favorable investment climate.

From Ukrainian side participated state deputies Oleh Dunda, Vitaliy Bezgin, Dmytro Mykysha, Viacheslav Rubliov and Oleksander Aliksiychuk. Delegations from Rivne, Novovolynsk, Fastiv presented their investments road maps.

Event was opened by the President of Lublin Krzysztof Żuk.
East European Council, Business Centre Club and Lublin City Administration are interested in making from the Lublin an economic hub for Ukrainian economy development and rebuilding.

During the event polish position was submitted by deputies of Seim Stanislav Zmijan and Michal Krawczyk.
