Energy needs proper protection in the context of the development of military technologies – the East European Council became a partner of the 5th Security Forum
Our organization acted as an official partner of the large-scale event and held a discussion panel “Functioning of critical infrastructure in conditions of military threats”.
The discussion of the topic is extremely important. Modern dimensions of war demonstrate that the effective functioning of the energy system and product export routes is the basis of the economic security of the state. That is why the topic of strengthening protection has become not only a matter of the state, but also of private energy companies, which are also beginning to invest in various defense technologies (including anti-drone systems).
During the discussion, it was possible to discuss strategic issues with the participation of the Deputy Minister of Energy of Poland, heads of the energy committees of the parliaments of Poland and Ukraine and other representatives of parliamentary circles, as well as specialists of the Ukrainian company DTEK.
DTEK once again demonstrated its own primacy in important technological innovations and effective work in conditions of war. The experience of the Ukrainian company is particularly interesting for international partners, so the Eastern European Council will continue to provide foreign partners with the opportunity to familiarize themselves with effective cases of the Ukrainian company.
