Security guarantees for Ukraine were discussed in Karpach

With the support of the East European Council on September 8, 2022, at the XXI East European Economic Forum in Karpach was organized a discussion panel “Security guarantees for non-NATO countries”.

The event was moderated by the director of think tank Anton Naychuk.  Expert of the Security Policy Center Andriy Illarionov, international expert Daniel Dragan, member of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova Gaik Vartanean became participant of discussion.
