The Council of Eastern Europe became an official partner of the 9th European Congress of Local Self-Government
The Council of Eastern Europe became a partner of the European Congress of Local Self-Government in Mykolaiv.
Together with the main organizers – Foundation Institute of Eastern Studies, we managed to create the largest conference dedicated to self-government in Central and Eastern Europe, in which more than 2,500 participants took part
We held an important discussion on the topic of digitalization as a basis for the effective work of local self-government bodies. A progressive city of the new century must use modern technologies in organizing its own work and ensuring the livelihood of the population.
With our support, a constructive discussion took place with the participation of representatives of business and the political establishment.
The Council of Eastern Europe is preparing a number of new projects that will allow Ukrainian cities to adapt new technologies.
